I copied that plugin into the appropriate folder, but when I let CopperCube check for it, this is what I get:
Ignoring extension file 'snapToGrid.js' because it doesn't start with 'behavior_' or 'action_'.
So, which one of these words do I need to add to its filename?

Place it in the plugins directory and not the extensions folder :)

Well, the instructions have to be changed then:
How to use: Download .zip archive, extract its content (usually a .js file) to Your Documents\CopperCube\extensions on Windows or ~/Documents/CopperCube/extensions on Mac OS X, restart CopperCube.
