Have uploaded files I have a list of audio files but they are not all working on website. The fact that some are and some are not has me baffled. Have redone page in RocketCake editor with the same result. Any ideas please.

Maybe send a link to the website, otherwise I can just guess. Maybe you have uploaded the files with a different filename?

Also, case is important. If you for example have a file myMusic.mp3 and linked as "mymusic.mp3", then it will work on your local PC but not on the webserver, since most file systems on webservers are case sensitive. Better name all your files in all lower case (like "mymusic" instead of "myMusic")

The website is www.scales.infonz.net

Looks like you didn't upload the audio files. For example, there should be a file at

www.scales.infonz.net/rc_images/lowe_to_highe.mp3

But it isn't there. How did you upload the website?

I uploaded it via the host control panel. I have now put the MP files in the main directory and linked to them. They play on Preview but still not playing online. This is a upgrade on a previous site developed with RocketCake and the played then. More scales have been added this time and they have no backup for me to work with.

So you are sure that the file is there and that it is linked correctly. Something doesn't add up. It's probably what I said above, did you check that?
