Right now, I have two whole grass textures compatible with CC6. Where can I get more or how can I make them myself with photoshop? Is there anything special or are these just transparent .png files? Mike |

To answer my own question - any 512x512 transparent png file seems to work great. Just google royalty free transparent grass textures 512x512 and plenty come up. They look pretty good too. Flowers look terrible - don't bother. Use 3D assets when it comes to trees, bushes and flowers. Mike |

wrote: Please refer me to a site As I said, Just google royalty free transparent grass textures 512x512 and plenty come up So..... www.google.com Then search for free transparent grass textures 512x512 Then press the images tab Click on the ones you like, right-click and save image as. Some may retain the checkerboard pattern - throw those out. The true transparent .png files will have no background or show as white. Use a program like photoshop, affinity photo or GIMP to ensure transparency. Now import them into Coppercube. Mike |

Another option: The overly cool Howler paint program has a good selection of nature brushes that include leaves and grass: https://www.thebest3d.com/2020/ and what's new in the current version: http://squirreldome.com/index.htm I HIGHLY recommend it. Mike |
