I installed the bees 28 as per the manual, but I cannot publish on the playstore! cc error keep using api 8!

Look – try to install API 27, API 29, but most likely you did not install Android SDK Tools, Android SDK Platform-tools, Android SDK Build-tools, or incorrectly specified the path to the SDK folder ( C:\Users\comp\Desktop\lev\SDK -without Cyrillic
