Well there is an action to read specific line is available to download from ambiera's extension page as well as on my website https:neophytr.cf.
It can read specified line from a text file. And then can be used as variable or can be displayed on a 2D overlay....
But as 2D overlay doesn't support special character or Chinese language. You might not be able to display, chinese text on a overlay but there are chances that you can read them and use as variables...
