When you save a website as a template, there is no thumbnail image created for display in the list of templates. Is there any way to do this manually?

Yes, save an image as Windows Bitmap (.bmp) file, set its name to the same of your template.

Thanks for that. And for anyone who might be looking: the optimal size for the .bmp file is 130 X 150. If your thumbnail is not appearing, it may be because the image is too large.
