Hello, I'm having problems with animations, in blender when I'm going to export an animated mesh simply when I open it in the copper cube it doesn't accompany the animations

As far as I know you can only use the FBX export (unless you have a .X export in Blender perhaps).

I have exported animated from Blender to CC and it has worked before. Animated mesh in other formats or trying to combine separate animations can be a real chore though...Unreal montage is the easiest method unless maybe you own Ultimate Unwrap3D Pro or something like that.

There is a . X plugin available on the internet for the blender but fbx is the format i recommend. .Ms3d might also work but it is somewhat tedious..... So far fbx format is the right choice😇

I've found that only version 2.66 of Blender can export animations with textures properly. Use the export as Direct X option and make sure "object" and "armature" are selected in the export options. If you use Direct X export option in Blender v2.66, you wont have issues, but if you use fbx or a different version of Blender (even with plugins) it WILL cause problems. Took me a lot of trial and error to figure out that v2.66 and Direct X is the way forward when using Blender animations with Coppercube. Problem is that you can't easily import all animations to v2.66 (which really sucks).

Thanks for the heads up on that. I'm sure will come in useful for other 'broken' animations I have lying around.

It very likely that the wrong 'action' is selected.

When exporting from blender, the different animations are stored as global 'actions'. ie, all animations of all objects are exported to the fbx file.

So i suggest you select the corresponding animation in coppercube from the properties.

When I put my fbx model, it doesn't even load the model, it just loads a white ball with a white plane in the center and nothing else.
I don't know what I can do I have tried everything :(

Do you have a link for the model/animation? I can try to convert it for you if you like?
