When I was in Coppercube, I was wondering if I could make a game similar to Minecraft without programming. For instance, Breaking and placing blocks.

Yes, with Coppercube you can make pretty much any game you can think of.

You can make any game yes but for that type of game not very well without programming a few things in Javascript.
You would use the change texture to change the look as you smash a block and delete scene node bit of code to remove it when destroyed. Also building the level you best use code to automate that also if you want a big level...
