as I posted some where else I have a little problem with the first person camera, it's only limited to a hand or a pair of hands, is there any way I can create a first person camera type game with a full 3d mesh

I would say, yes... you can use any mesh and make it a child under the camera. You just need to position in where you what it to show in relation to the camera....
here is a demo I had posted some time ago, where I used a character mesh to be the player - attached to the FPS camera...

you know I buy your idea but I think if you rotate the camera up using mouse in play mode you end up rotating the whole model I mean a way of making the navigation up and down for the hands and head only not the whole character is there a way I can access the rig of the character
