in the first person camera type is it possible to use this camera type in a full character mesh, the only thing I noticed is that it is restricted to hand meshes only is there a way I can use this camera type for a full character mesh for more realistic view when the player views the legs

One way may be to use the third person camera and position it where the npc's eyes would be. The npc mesh should not have a head tho, even with backface culling you otherwise may see some triangles in front of the camera.
