Try setting your camera's Field of View (FOV) to a value of around 150. Not exactly a fish-eye lens but may be what you're looking for if you play with the value.
Also, you can install the 3rd Party software called "reshade" to your_game.exe (using a directX9 hook) and add a realistic "fish-eye" effect through that instead.
