I purchased Rocketcake about seventeen days ago. Since that time, every time I use this program, it freezes when I click the "publish to local disc" and sometimes when I hit file, "save as". When it freezes, the only way I can shut the program down is by hitting ctrl,+ alt + delete then isolate the program in the "task manager and hit "end task". I have contacted support several times now and I'm waiting for a resolution to this issue. Is anyone else experiencing the same kind of issue, or have a solution to it?? |

It works nicely on any PC I've ever run it. Maybe you have some broken Virus Scanner or similar installed? Try disabling it and see if it helps. |

Try the following: Uninstall the program, then reinstall it by right mouse button 'run as administrator'. Confirm the following messages. Prerequisite: You have the correct version, 32 bit or 64 bit, depending on your PC |

I am using the paid version Malwarebytes which is regularly updated. I am concerned about disabling it as then I will have no virus protection. My PC was just purchased in April this year and is 64 bit, The Rocketcake version I have is 32 bit. I have just asked support for a link to the 64 bit version and will try that. Cheers! T |

For testing out if this is causing it, it is safe to disable it for a short time. |
