Is it possible to make text or objects appear when the screen size gets down to say 768, but to not show when it is above the same 768.

Not to sure I have made myself clear.

I want one object or text at the top right of a page to dissapear when the screen size gets down to say 800, but at the same time I want another object to appear towards the top left of the page. At the moment I can get the top right to dissapear ok, but the top left always shows when on full screen even though I have set it to appear at below 800.

Yes, you can: Just add a breakpoint for a very large resolution, (like 5000) and make it invisible there. Then also add a breakpoint for a smaller resolution and make it visible there.

Do you mean to have two breakpoints on the same object, decause I have tried this and I am not able to input two of (Visible) for the same object.

How can I see or find an object to edit it after that I have set to not be visible below 5000.

Or do I need to start again and tell it to be visible at a very low 100 or below.

No, you can use the Element Browser for this. View -> Element browser, select it.
