HELLO, this is an experiment to generate levels. What it does is take the entire tree structure of a given directory and transform it into a playable level. Folders are level blocks Files are actors. When an actor dies, the file linked to that actor is deleted. Paths between folders or level blocks are created automatically. Here I made the basic engine that can be implemented on any platform, be it Coppercube, Godot, Unity, etc. It is a Json Consumable. Just put the files in a folder on your server and the script does the rest. Link Example in Coppercube https://jaime.zegpi.cl/lab/coppe... |

Structure exists in server now |

Very interesting concept! And a nice example of it (as always!) |

Jaime warped some container terminal into space, WoW why not... ; ) great i like it |

That's pretty cool I must say. |

Adding Links would allow for eg. a corridor between test3 and badmusic. |

Is there a way to create a ccb file with this? Just curious...Cool stuff! |

If it is going to be a "Automatic level Maker" and not just an experiment, it would be a great tool for the community and you could even sell it on itch.io or something... You could even make it available for users of other game engines by making it capable of generating an obj/dae model for use in other creative projects. |

This is really awesome! I'd definitely support a Coppercube version of this on itch.io Some more (simple?) ideas to consider... 1- Folder name-length determines the room-size. or... 2- Each root-folder could use a different wall/floor texture, for variety between levels. |
