Is there a way to sort the pages as my project grows? I know I can create folders, but I mean like, alphabetically?

AFAIK not, but this has been asked recently on this forum, and the dev said it's a planned feature for an update.

You can whilst working on the project but once it has been saved and closed then the pages revert back to the order in which they were produced. The sort order isn't saved.
