I use Coppercube under Parallel Desktop for MAC using Windows 10 Pro virtualization. It works well for me |

I use CopperCube under Linux Mint (Ubuntu) with Wine and the free Nouveau Graphics Driver for my old Nvidia card, therefore mostly preferring OpenGL settings over DirectX. I have a good time with CopperCube under linux and my OS setup does the job very well. |

Thanks you all for answerrig @hadoken Did you enrich your setup with external JavaScript libraries, sutch as node, p5 and others. For "easy" development of JavaScript plugins? Then how does that work? |

@DouweDabbe "Node.js or Node is an open-source, cross-platform, JavaScript runtime environment(JSRE) that executes JavaScript code outside of a web browser." Although I have node installed I actually seem not to have any special need for it when working with CopperCube. WebGL targeted projects run inside Firefox and Chromium. Outside browsers I'm targeting windows .exe files. I would also wish CopperCube could build .appimage executable for Linux. But even with wine I'm satisfied on linux at the moment. For writing/editing CopperCube javascript actions & behaviors nearly any text or code editor does the job. This does not require developing/integrating third party javascript libraries for/into CC. Nevertheless CopperCube could be feature enhanced with extra javascript components (e.g. search the forum for behavior_bluebird.js / Bluebird Module). |

would be great to import just the modules one need and then write a few actions and behaviors around it. to adapt to the game needs. for pathfinding --- https://github.com/mathisonian/premonish ajax --- https://github.com/socketio/socket.io 2d animations sqlite --- https://taffydb.com https://github.com/RyanJ93/tiny-cacher stringfunctions --- https://github.com/panzerdp/voca timing stuff --- https://github.com/juliangarnier/anime/ for your inspiration |
