A lot of people here know's already what game im preparing so many days (almost weeks). Here is the big deal and chalenge. I manage to create in blender one small ship crane full rig and animated and its working perfect in my ship. In some sea areas the cage its up EMPTY. (That's I want it) Everything its more tha perfect. But in some other sea areas I create a different fish swimming nice and easy all around in this specific area. There is some code or some "trick" to CATCH some fish with the cage when its dropped to the sea? I mean any fish enter to the cage and "Stuck" of there? Really I need help at this point. Thanks in advance |

Before first draw (and on reload) Set variable "fish1caught?=0". Set variable "fish2caught?=0". For each fish, add an "On Proximity to net" event to change their variable to "caught" Fish1, on proximity to "net", set variable: "fish1caught?=1. Fish2, on proximity to "net", set variable: "fish2caught?=1. The for each fish have an "every few seconds" event to move the fish to the position of the net if caught=1. Fish1, every few seconds (100ms), If variable "fish1caught?" =1, change position of Fish1 relative to scene "net". Fish2, every few seconds (100ms), If variable "fish2caught?" =1, change position of Fish2 relative to scene "net". Do this for every fish. Now when the net is near to the fish, the fish status is changed to "caught", then every 100ms, the position of the caught fish are moved to the net. Some important info (which not many people know) about commercial fishing: 2.7trillion sea-lives are caught every year (100 million tonnes). Over 50% of all catches are killed and then discarded back to the ocean as "unwanted" (including 100million sharks every year). There is so much over-fishing that world scientists recently declared the emergency of the 6th mass extinction of our planet. At the current rate of commercial fishing, they predicted that our oceans will be completely empty of life by 2048 (possibly even sooner due to chain-reaction/catalytic events) . As around 50% of our breathable atmosphere is provided by the sea, the human species is also expected to become extinct by around 2048 - unless the human population can be rapidly reduced to under 1 billion people. That's around the same World population we had during 19th Century |

This is the best explanation but is seem's very complicated to me...please can you create a very simple ccb file for me. Please? |

|
Of course, no problem. I have some free time tomorrow so I'll be able to make it for you and upload it here. I used this method for my game - enemy wasps capture human survivors and take them to the nest... So I can quickly modify it for you by changing the nest to a "net" and the survivors to "fishes" for you. |
