Have you tried "reshade"?

Post-process motion-blur example (using Trails.dll with Coppercube):
🔎︎

*I've set the blur level quite high just to demonstrate the effect - obviously you would adjust it as required

1- Download ReShade: https://reshade.me/component/con...
2- Inject ReShade into your game.exe (choose directX9 or openGL method)
3- Enable "AstrayFX by BlueSkyDefender" (you can uncheck all others)
4- Check "Install Trails.fx" (you can uncheck all others)
5- Run your game & press the "Home" key (to access the settings)
6- Enable "Trails" (adjust settings as required)
7- Enable "Performance Mode" (to improve frame-rate)

*Note-
Generally, it should work out-of-the-box, but blur(trails) will not work if you have a full-screen 2D layer enabled in Coppercube. To work around this, you can change the order of the FX (in ReShade setting) so it ignores the top 2D layer and applies the effect to the 3D layer beneath.

*Note- If you distribute/share your game, be sure to pack the shader folder and any required ReShade.dll files with your game.exe - otherwise the blur effect will not be applied when your game runs on a different machine.

*Note- To uninstall ReShade, simply run the installer again, browse to your game.exe and select "uninstall". (you can also simply directly delete the ReShade files/folders - instead of uninstalling - just make sure not to accidentally delete any of your actual game files).

It's also possible (probably even better) to code your own motion-blur shader to use directly inside Coppercube - that's beyond my capability - but I'm sure that some of the other members here would know how to do that.
