It's not the JavaScript you know from web browsers. It doesn't have the API functions from browsers like accessing the DOM using for example getElementById() and similar.
And it's ECMA script version 5 - so not all newest features in there.

That said, I am guessing that's only true for everything except for the WebGL target, where, obviously, the browser will execute the js. So in the WebGL target, you'll have all the js power, given it's added in a compatible way.
