I am trying to update/publish my website today with RC and keep getting this error message "Failed FTP upload: 552 - Disk full." Any thoughts? Been on hold with webhost (HostGator) for over an hour |

Here is EXACTLY what HostGator said concerning this problem: "As I see that - Disk has been used 100% of the disk space. Due the server disk usage you are getting this error message. It has been already reported to our concern admins, and they will reduce the server disk space. After that you will able to publish the website without any error. So you may check your website after 2-3 hours. It will be fine" If they REDUCE the server disk space how would that help? |

If they say they are running out of disk space they obviously have a problem on their side. The good news: That's not a RocketCake issue
