Use a texture tilesheets with numbers from 0 to 9. Then, use two plain meshes and select the appropriate frame for each plane based on your 'ammo' variable. |

sorry for being dumb Don't say it like that, you're not dumb, you just need to think differently to achieve the right results. We're all here to help each other. |

You know, I really like this idea and have created a mesh to develop an extension using this method. |

Now that I've completed the GLSL shader, when the DirectX shader is done, you can easily use 3D UI elements with a sprite sheet. |

mr sam grady Hmm, I like it. Now it's done, you can use one of the two versions of the shader, for DirectX and OpenGL. https://samgrady.itch.io/sprite-... mr. Sam Grady |

somebody needs to tell this to himself too You caught me, but the question was complex. Today, I've decided to write a new shader that can resemble the JustInCase Animator for sprites. It will be entirely free, albeit not as sophisticated. Currently, it's written with HLSL, so there won't be a version in GLSL since I don't need that extension. |
||||
|
I'm attempting to create something similar to the JustInCase extension, but I don't have the funds to purchase it. Instead, I'm developing it based on this image: |
