Amazing, sounds too good to be true! But would it run on Linux natively or at least with Wine? Your code editor unfortunately did not play completely well with Wine from my experience (editor mostly did, but no working Syntax checking, no AI Code writing).

You also must be very experienced in programming and/or very confident as just_in_case assumes to take several months to get something final with his "Khel" engine, which makes me a bit skeptical about your project for now. Any first test version available?

P.S.: Activate your Windows ;-) Or maybe try some free OS?

Sounds interesting, do you have a website, blog or YouTube channel to showcase the development ? If the engine has the following, could be interesting :

- Sandbox concept, drag and drop type of objects or prefabs in an open world.
- Somewhat good and interoperable scripts/behaviors/actions by default.
- Basic models could be created or generated in the game engine itself.
- Export meshes, at least in .obj.
- Add behaviors/actions easily floating dialog window or an option to do that, like in RPG Maker (not like that cursed node connection in Unreal Blueprints).
- Simple tool to create or add roads on the map.
- I'm interested in old N64/PSX style graphics so I will not talk about the graphics side, but a single/unified highly configurable shader would be good enogh, Manu Game Engine have a good one as example, but dont need to be PBR, I think this made Manu engine slow and heavy like a train, (but CC is not scalable too, the file size is small, but each animated billboard I added was another 1mb of memory used, my low poly and low res game was using more than 300mb of ram, this dont make sense to me).

Also there is some good programmers here if they want they could help you with some nice ideas, and in the future with scripts/behaviors at least, but I think its strange to show your engine in another game engine website/forum, maybe your tool could be useful to create meshes and maps for CC, so they could give you a pass with that.

Like some basic modeling but with polylines (like Sketchup).

Export the .exe in a single file, like CC do, this make it very portable, or an option to export as a single file .exe, maybe some other people want to export the game with everything visible in folders and want to be easy for creating mods for their game too.

Thanks for your feedback yes I have a blog at blog.hanisoftwares.ir but will make a YouTube channel and post development logs but only if you guys watch my content. Also it's support all features you mentioned

I just wanted to see the basics of your editor, you don't need to post videos, or you'll feel overwhelmed, post things on your blog, If you want, anyway...

Another feature.

- Primitive/Basic texture painting, so it is possible to edit better in an external editor, without wasting a lot of time, I intend to use MS Paint now, and about this, I removed GIMP and Inkscape, they are heavy, bloated, ineffective and overrated, yes they have many features, but they also lack many important features, Gimp does not support drawing objects such as rectangles painted or with a border, for this you either do it manually with selection and shrink border, which is laborious, or use Inkscape, which in turn doesn't have brushes (something that DrawPlus had back then), and using selected objects fake brushes is also difficult, so I opted for MS Paint who could do all that, and I'm impressed with it, and in the last update it now supports layers and transparency. I'm not asking you to add all these features.

If you want, read my posts about new features here on the forum and get them for your engine, so I don't need to repeat them since none of them will be implemented in CC anyway.

What license do you plan to use for your game engine source code? MIT? BSD? Apache?

Make it available for macOS (Apple silicon native (M1 and beyond, running Metal)) and Haiku OS!

If it's open-source, anything is possible!

I'm looking forward to a demo/alpha/beta version of this program, to try out. If I can recreate my game in it as easily as CopperCube (if not easier), I'll be entirely too happy.
