Please I need help. My preview was working the other day and I've done some slight tweaks but now whenever I go to preview specific pages it asks what to open it with and when I select my browser it just opens a page with the html code. Help

I've found the folder location where its previewing from and I change the file to .html because its just showing it as a 'file'. but whenever i go to preview it just changes it back

In RocketCake, be sure all your files (pages) have the extension .html (or .php, respectively).

You've likely set a text editor or similar as default program to view html files. Set chrome or anothe browser as program to view html files again, then it should work.
