Hi! Can you explain the near plane function and Farplane?
Because I think that the problem that I have with textures flashing in my ambient 3D are these functions.

THX! :/

It is simply the distance from the position of the camera where the 3D scene is rendered. Everything between the distance of your position + zNear and your position + zFar is visible. The closer those two are (for example the smaller zFar is) the more depth precision you have in your rendered 3D scene.

hi Niko! Thx :) very kind

In fact in my virtual art galleries, I noticed that in the small galleries the rendering errors are lower, while they are higher in larger gallery. In the larger gallery, the textures often disappear as I walk with the cam. Is an orrible error :(
A question.. These settings, are possible only for objects around the camera or even above and below?

You probably mean when you have a plane (like an image) close in front of another plane (like a wall), then you get z-fighting. Yes, if you make the zNear smaller, then this should be reduced. But easier would probably be to make the distance of the image from the wall bigger.

The best approach is to cut into the wall and to put the "image" into that hole.
Yes, more polygons, but no more Z-buffer fightings !

Could be z-fighting like Niko said, or you'll get flashing textures when there's no skybox present and you have a layer of water
