I just downloaded this wonderful program, however, when I try and open an html file it tells me it is corrupt or not a web designer document. Any help here?

Thanks

WebsitePainter doesn't work like this, it cannot open existing HTML files. You create your website in the editor and save it as .wspd file, and publish it to .html from time to time when you need it. As far as I know, currently, there is no way to import existing files.

I have made the same suggestion in another thread. An "import" feature would be just fine IMHO, so at least simple web pages could be imported.

wtf - no import?

import is the most basic function - right after open and save!!
