Below you find a list with request features. If you want to add a feature just leave a message and it will be added to the list! Feature Requests: - Create a webpage in a subfolder - Manual edit webpages before ftp upload - Additional FTP settings like Ascii/Binary - Import existing HTML site - Display message 'Linked image "image name" is invalid on page " when linked images are removed a screen (status screen on bottom). - A note field for each page and/or project would be handy so changes and remarks can be used for future reference. - Preview in different browsers. Maybe a menu where you can define the installed browsers could do the trick. - Optionally store media like images, pdfs doc etc. in project file so problem like described in suggestion 1 don't occur. - Menu items for 'Move to front - Move to back - Move forward - Move back - Insert Hyperlink' - Insert hidden textfields in webform via button - Option to export php/asp pages without header/footer - Grouping CSS into header or external file - Round corders and look-and-feel Web2 Shape for Web form button - Predefined menu's like http://free-css-menu.com - Select all (all objects or in textfield) - Insert/Edit tables - Rotation images/text - Add/Modify predefined shapes like star, arrow, triangle etc. - Export webpage as picture (jpg, gif, png, bmp) - Change meta tags (whole site or page) - Image map support - Automatically generate sitemap - Ruler - guide - snap to guide pallette, when moving objects - Align - Distribute Pallette, when trying to get things in place - Shadow text style - Multiple object "pasting" ability - Select a range of photos (say 20 or 30) to include in the slide show - PPC version - Ability to create lists: bullets, numbered, ordered, unordered, etc. - Menu interface improvements: when a document is saved the command should be dimmed; When "properties" is showed the menu command should tell me: "hide properties" and do it! - Choose a color by clicking colored rectangle - Copy/paste text format style - Multiple projects opened at the same time - More read-to-run components such as Google Maps, Youtube |

Text has a way of overlapping making it look like a blob of text. Also, when I attempt to enlarge a text block, the bottom of the block just keeps going down and down. It is very difficult to get it exactly where I want it. |

I've just bought it. After a few little problem (solved, but Website Painter was innocent!!!) MacOs X Versione from Mac App Store There are some little and some "less little" deficiencies: - the "recent files" always looses history - lists (bullet, or square or numbered): i can't believe they're missing... - menu interface improvements: when a document is saved the command should be dimmed; When "properties" is showed the menu command should tell me: "hide properties" and do it! - choose a color from properties is confusing. there is a button with 3 dots that is useless: it should be more intuitive to click on the colored rectangle - opening .html files as tabs is useful. And you can split the view in more parts (unintuitive) Otherwise some times is useful having more floating window; perhaps this behavior derives from the avesome Windows's window management - clicking on the tab name a Contextual menu should be useful in order to open tab in a new window (like safari or firefox) - orizzontal scroll of window doesn't work (useful in split view) - more Drag&Drop Support (such as dragging a color from the color palette over a text or an object) - a tool to copy the formatting of text or objet and past over onother (such as filemaker pro does with field and such as Aperture does with image calibration) - closing the window close the program (another windows behavior hated on a mac) - More project opened at the same time (like iweb does) - Easier instruments in order to put the more common contents in a click (such iWe does with google maps, youtube video) - gallery image simple to create (again, such as iWeb does) - Manage subfolder for more complex sites - More integration with the ilife suite - More and More template!!! - a few localization (in my case: Italian) I think you have a lot of work remaining to do. You had my little contribute. Don't disappoint us!

dragging an itiem with ALT shoud duplicate it; with SHIFT and ALT should duplicate it and maintein it on the same line (orizzontal or vertical). |

hi, some features i like to have: create/edit tables make a group of objects web 2.0 forms, textfields: background pictures with transparency drawing lines, ok i can do it with webforms hover effects for text show animated gifs not only as placeholders me think its enough for now friendly regards from Berlin Michael |

Hi This is a neat little programme with more than just a few interesting ideas behind it. I am just after buying it, seeing as it got me half way through redesigning one of my old websites in no time at all. For the moment, there is one thing bugging me, though (apart from some things already on the list): Why is there no way of starting/stopping a slideshow? I know I can set the maximum display time for a picture so it does not run off on me, but after waiting long enough it obviously will, still.  If you could remedy that, I would be very grateful. Oh, and how about a "run just once" option, while you are at it? Cheers and keep up the good work. |
