I can not use &347;&346; and &322;&321; in html documents.
How change charset=utf-8 for charset=iso-8859-2

You mean for example &346; ? (Update: Ah, I see, this forum converts the character directly into this code)

Why don't you simply type it directly into the editor? You can even choose if WebsitePainter should encode it automatically for you or leave it as unicode character (see options, there is a checkbox 'HTML encode unicode characters')
