Just use a 3rd person camera and adjust its oosition to be over the shoulder.

did that already w 3rd person. cant move the camera it always points to player w follow behind.you can only rotate and charactr is n the way if i put crosshair.thx

Thanks for the shout tim12345!

All that I did for Galaxy Ranger Luna ^Above^ was to use a FPS Behavior on Camera and attached the character to the camera node.

Note: that you may want to limit the MaxVerticalRotation a bit depending on how close the character is to camera. For what I had in Luna it was 55 and that's just about waist level.

You also may want to increase the CollideWhenMoved radius to limit clipping.

Then either use JS to write an animation controller or use "on key press" behaviors to define the animations.
