You can use the slideshow component, it has the option to click to the next and previous image (you can add this as action to any hyperlink).
If you want to start with a random image, you can probably run a JavaScript at the start of your page and emulate to click "next" a few times.

There is no randomization in the slideshow, you would have to add this yourself. I could write you some code for this, if that's what you are struggling with.
